This is a top-class regional cuisine course that allows you to compare four types of authentic horse sashimi, including rare cuts, as well as Amakusa Daio chicken, horse skewers, and a fillet steak of the finest Akaushi beef.The portions are small, so if you need more, please order from the regular menu.[※For groups of 14 or more, we may use the yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) room, and the style will change to one where customers grill the main meat themselves.]
